SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to Canada and the US with Canada Post, all items have tracking and are posted within 3 business days of purchase. The normal delivery time is between 7-10 days. Please note Daisy Roots is not liable for undelivered or lost packages or any customs costs. Combined shipping on multiple items is available on request. Whenever possible we use recycled materials for our packaging.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final, if you have an issue with your order please send us an email or use the contact page. Please read the descriptions carefully and where possible compare measurements against a similar item of clothing in your closet. All items are at least 20 years old and will have some signs of wear to them! We try our best to describe items as accurately as possible so please be patient if something has been overlooked.
